Dream lineup this week at Bassment!  We welcome back returning guests Kim Ann Foxman and Silvia Prada - two faves that always kill it!  Also guest DJing is out of towner, Borja Peña of b(e)ast, London.  Hope to see you there!

This week at Bassment we represent Old Way vogue styles with the help of host Celso Satori aka Mother Celso.  Joining Mandy and I will be monthly residents Bookwrmz (DJs Nita & Michael Magnan)!  Those 2 always get ca-razy and it’s always a wild and sweaty night.  Here’s the flyer for that:

Thursday’s Bassment w. host Milan (RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 4)

This week we welcome host, Milan!  Both Mandy and I have been pretty big fans for a while now, and when we heard that she would be appearing on this season’s Drag Race, we can’t wait for it to start so we can cheer Milan on!  

We’re going to be switching back and forth all night, something we rarely get to do at our own party, so I hope you can make it out and dance with us between mixes.

BASSMENT 10/27 Al Be & Will Automagic

This week - so excited to have DJs Al Be and Will Automagic.  They both met back in the day, when they were DJing together at loft parties all over the city.  Today you can catch them at Vandam together, and now at our party in the BASSMENT.  Mandy and I have been playing a bunch of Al’s remixes and re-edits every week at BASSMENT, and in fact, Al Be was on the same release as me not that long ago, remixing Escandalo’s “Nocturning”.  Will and Brian Wright (which together equal the outfit, “Automagic”), originally produced the music for Nocturning.
